The American Society of Composers, Authors
and Publishers is the non-profit organization which collects royalties
from the performance of songs and distributes it to songwriters
and publishers. ASCAP underwent a major reengineering, and Marketing
Pathfinding was asked to develop a comprehensive new campaign
to explain the decision to reinvent the organization and articulate
the benefits to members. The campaign did a documentable job
of member retention and image rejuvenation.
